Description
RESPOSIBILITIES
· Perform account payable function including, but not limited to processing invoices, payment, performing reconciliation, maintain accurate AP data, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
· Assist cashflow and asset management
· Assist in preparation of financial report
· Analyze financial data and information
· Liaise with external parties e.g auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and statutory official.
EXPERIENCE
· Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry.
· Good computer skills
· Have accounting system knowledge
EDUCATION & SKILLS
· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting of Professional Certificate in Accounting.
· Knowledgeable n financial reporting requirements, Malaysian Accounting Standards, Company Act & Tax legislation (added advantage)
· Knowledge in any ERP systems (added advantage)
· Microsoft excel - intermediate level (required)
· Experience in LMW, e-invoice & Smart GPB (added advantage)

· Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines
· Agile
· Good communication skill and teamwork
