About the role

Spring Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
2. Coordinating and supervising cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
3. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
4. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
5. Analysing project data, generating reports, and providing recommendations for process improvements
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry
3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion
4. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
6. Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and data analysis tools
7. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols
