Description
Job Description
- Manage purchasing process including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials or services
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, compare pricing, and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates (job posting, screening resumes)
- Coordinate interview arrangements with HR team
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules
- Support onboarding process (documentation, preparation)
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 1–2 years' experience in purchasing or recruitment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
