Description
MTC Asset Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a Securities Commission Malaysia-licensed investment manager, established in 2012. The firm manages public equity absolute return strategies with a long-term track record of approximately15% annualised returns.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur for an Executive Assistant to CEO.
The role is primarily focused on managing the CEO’s personal operations, logistics, and day-to-day execution. You will take ownership across errands, travel coordination, property management, and financial administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
This position requires high trust, strong ownership, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: RM6,500 – RM7,500 per month (commensurate with experience and ability to take ownership)
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Operations & Errands: Manage day-to-day tasks including shopping, groceries, bookings, and ad-hoc requests
- Travel & Lifestyle Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodation, transport, dining reservations, and events
- Property Management: Oversee multiple properties, including site visits, contractor coordination, and issue resolution
- Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with service providers, maintenance teams, and external vendors
- Payments & Expense Management: Handle bill payments, subscriptions, and personal expenses accurately and on time
- Basic Bookkeeping: Maintain simple financial records and expense tracking
- Administrative Support (Light): Assist with calendar coordination and general admin tasks when required
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant in a high-trust environment
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently
- Reliable, hands-on, and execution-focused across both errands and coordination tasks
- Comfortable managing vendors, properties, and day-to-day logistics
- Basic bookkeeping, payments, or expense tracking experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general digital tools
