Description
- Assist the Executive in executing plans to minimize downtime for all plant and building electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned breakdowns for field instruments, PLCs, IT, and telecommunication systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and repair maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, including chiller and compressor systems.
- Support the Maintenance Executive in carrying out corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate subcontractor manpower during both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance or breakdowns.
- Regularly review and update the list of critical spare parts for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.
- Ensure standby generator sets are properly maintained and in optimal working condition.
- Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks for factory buildings and facilities.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
