Description
D’looma is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will manage both online and offline marketing activities, especially within the fashion retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Develop promotional strategies for product launches, seasonal sales, and special campaigns.
- Manage social media marketing and coordinate with Content Creator/Videographer.
- Handle paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, engagement, sales).
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and retail teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build partnerships with influencers and KOLs.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in marketing (retail/fashion preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms.
- Experience in running paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Good analytical skills and result-oriented mindset.
- Creative and able to propose new marketing ideas.
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Able to work independently and meet targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
