• *What you'll be doing
• Precision Inspection Operations**

Operate CMMs and optical measurement systems (e.g., Keyence, OGP, vision systems) to inspect aerospace components with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

• Technical Interpretation & Manual Verification

Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications; verify dimensions using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

• Inspection Reporting & Documentation

Generate detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate quality records, and document nonconformance issues in accordance with quality standards.

• Compliance & Quality Standards

Ensure adherence to AS9100 and AS9102 standards, support PPAP requirements, and participate in internal/external audits.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem Solving

Work with machinists and engineers to resolve nonconformance issues, assist in root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Equipment Maintenance & Calibration

Maintain calibration, cleanliness, and proper functioning of inspection equipment to ensure consistent measurement accuracy.

• EHS & Additional Duties

Promote a safe, compliant workplace by participating in EHS programs and perform other duties as assigned to support team and company goals.

• *What we're looking for**
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CMM Inspector in a precision machining or aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Experience with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
• Experience in using quality inspection tools or measuring equipment.
