Role Overview

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with advertising platforms, and the ability to scale campaigns based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities

Media Buying & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
  • Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
  • Launch and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Test multiple ad creatives and audiences to improve campaign performance

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation

  • Monitor advertising performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions
  • Analyse campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve ROI
  • Scale successful campaigns and pause underperforming ads

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports
  • Maintain organised records of campaign data and performance results
  • Provide recommendations for improving advertising performance

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams
  • Coordinate ad creatives and campaign messaging
  • Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Able to communicate in Chinese & English
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and campaign optimisation
  • Able to work independently in a remote working environment
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
