Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office Management: Oversee general office maintenance, supplies procurement, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Operational Support: Assist management with scheduling, data entry, and coordinating with various departments to ensure policy compliance.
- Finance Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing claims, invoices, and coordinating with the HR/Finance team for payroll-related documentation.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle guest inquiries and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Attitude: Meticulous, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proximity: Candidates living in or near Subang Jaya/USJ are preferred.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
