Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lessons in IGCSE Business Studies and Economics aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

- Incorporate 21st-century teaching strategies, including project-based learning, digital integration, and real-world case studies.

- Foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and global awareness through hands-on and inquiry-driven learning.

- Design lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students.

- Assess and track student performance using both formative and summative assessment tools.

- Use technology effectively to enhance instruction and feedback.

- Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and the leadership team regarding student progress.

- Participate actively in school events, professional development sessions, and collaborative planning.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree an advantage).

- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).

- At least 2 years’ experience teaching IGCSE or international curricula preferred.

- Proven ability to integrate 21st-century teaching methods and digital tools into classroom practice.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Passion for inspiring young learners to think entrepreneurially and analytically.

- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
