Chemical Engineer

Description

Responsibility

• Conducting chemical analyses and testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Developing and optimizing analytical methods and procedures to enhance the efficiency and reliability of testing processes.
• Investigating and troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with the production team to provide technical guidance and support for process improvements.
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all testing and analysis activities.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in the chemical manufacturing sector.
• Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chemist or Analytical Chemist in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge in analytical techniques.
• Computer literacy: experience with SAP systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
