The Role

As an Accounting Associate, you will manage full-cycle accounting while ensuring strict compliance with standards. You’ll work closely with our consultants to transform raw data into strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Full Sets of Accounts: Handle AP, AR, and GL with precision.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports and annual statutory financial statements in compliance with FRS.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Execute timely filings and corporate tax, and manage payroll contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Strategic Support: Assist in due diligence and financial analysis for consulting projects.
• Digital Transformation: Utilize cloud accounting platforms to drive efficiency and accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: A Degree in Accounting/Finance. Candidates pursuing ACCA, CPA Australia, or MICPA are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 1–3 years in professional services or accounting firms. Fresh graduates with a high learning agility will be considered.
• Technical Edge: Proficiency in cloud software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or AutoCount) and advanced Excel skills.
• Communication: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is a definite plus.
• Mindset: A meticulous eye for detail, a passion for consistency, and a "solutions-first" approach.
