Requirements
- A minimum of 5-Year experience in the field of graphic design / advertising as design manager
- Help build the company’s branding to reach the target audience
- Master in artwork creation with Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
- Able to lead a team of designers to achieve the company’s goals in design related matters
- Possess strong understanding of brand identity & market trend
Job Scopes
- Communicate with the management & propose effective visuals across digital & in-store media
- Guide & lead the design team to complete various promotional & ad hoc campaigns
- Ensuring a consistent, impactful brand message across all channels
- Balancing creative innovation with practical constraints like budget and time
- Corporate Stationery(Design retail stores facade signage, paint work & relevant corporate identity visuals for both interior & exterior of the retail stores)
- Lead the team to produce designs for product packaging & label
- Manage timeline & provide art direction, media solutions for the design team
- Work closely with other stakeholders to solve various design tasks, pitching ideas & aligning directions as well as Improving upon feedbacks
