Established in 2011 and part of an international network of dialysis service providers, the company is committed to enhancing patients’ quality of life through innovative therapies—such as Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD), enabling convenient home-based overnight treatment.

Role Overview

We are hiring full-time Patient Care Specialists across multiple locations:

• Seberang Prai, Penang
• Selangor / Kuala Lumpur
• Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
• Batu Pahat, Johor
• Kuantan, Pahang
• Miri, Sarawak
• Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

This role focuses on supporting patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis at home, while working closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate a smooth transition from hospital to home-based care. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, strong clinical capability, and a commitment to patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patients on home-based peritoneal dialysis programs
• Identify and recruit suitable patients from hospitals and external sources
• Assist patients with funding applications and financial support processes
• Conduct routine patient assessments and follow-ups
• Perform home visits for patient evaluation, education, and training
• Deliver urgent medical supplies when required
• Monitor and maintain inventory at patient homes and hospital sites
• Support marketing and awareness initiatives, including material distribution
• Document all patient interactions, visits, and training electronically
• Collaborate with hospital nurses on patient training and education
• Train internal staff and, when required, external healthcare personnel
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Performance Indicators

• Reduction of patient adverse events below 50% of the national average
• High patient satisfaction and retention rates
• Timely, effective clinical support and response
• Strong patient relationships and engagement
• Consistent achievement of patient recruitment targets

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (standard working hours)
• Flexibility required for travel, after-hours support, and schedule adjustments based on operational needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Medical Assistance (preferred)
• Experience in renal care or dialysis settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on patient care experience with high empathy
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
