Description

- Review, copy, scan anr archive shipment document in the dedicated folder in server

- Ensure all physical related document and softcopy is stored as per plan.

- Maintain confidentiality of all documentation as per requirement

- Prepare correct and accurate shipment document on time to ensure shipment will be done as per due date.

- Ensure all document that sent from preceding process comply with the customer requirement.

- Collaborate closely with team members for daily operations to ensure process effectiveness.

- Archive data, document for historical purpose with proper filing system in order to facilitate easy retrieval

- Work with Quality team on correct and accurate quantity for shipping prior to accept document

- Checking and ensure all data in Epicor system correctly updated before proceed to next process or job

- Checking and keeping a track of the finished good inventory

- Handle for inventory stock packaging and shipment packaging activities by following work instruction accordingly

- Assist with the preparation of shipping-related documentation, eg: packing slip and invoice, print shipping level and shipment booking arrangement for shipment

- Other administrative duties and task assigned from direct supervisor

- Ensure all work related document is comply with ISO 13485 and QMS of Exalta Penang

- Ensure all DHR is filled with completeness that comply with FDA and QMS requirements.

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
