Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):

1. Perform and/or assist jobs/surveys/inspections/sampling/witnessing as assigned by Operation Executive/Operation Manager/Branch Manager.
2. Update Operation Executive/Operation Manager/Branch Manager on regular basis on status of work before, during and after.
3. To provide full assistance to Operation Executive/Operation Manager/Branch Manager in resolving issues/customers’ complaints.
4. To ensure no delay in attending work and be present at work place, terminal and ship at all times.
5. To ensure that mobile phone is contactable 24 hours a day and to answer all calls received promptly.
6. To carry out investigation on loss/gain/contamination etc when required.
7. To collect all necessary supporting documents from vessel/terminal/work place.
8. Operate the Company’s Business Management QHSSE System (ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17020).
9. To always follow and comply with QHSSE SOP or instruction at all times.
10. To report any unsafe act, unsafe condition, near miss and incident to QHSE Department as soon as possible (within 24 hours)
11. To practice STOP WORK AUTHORITY is there is a NECESSITY to do it and report immediately to Director.
12. Perform any other related duties that the Company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 1-2 years working experience
3. Possess driving license and preferably with own transport
