Your new role

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include:

• Attracting new candidates and sustaining a strong talent pool in the market through multiple acquisition methods and interviewing them to understand their suitability for roles.
• Continuously communicate with candidates to find the most suitable opportunities for them.
• Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients, and convincing the clients why said candidate is suitable.
• Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.

What you'll need to succeed

We welcome fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years working experience, from various backgrounds to learn from and be developed in the area of Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Banking, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, Legal and many others. Key qualities required:

• Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-driven

• Respond proactively and positively to targets
• Resilient and result oriented

We provide an attractive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
