Description

负责项目部日常行政、后勤、人事、考勤、对外对接、内务统筹,保障项目团队正常运转。

工作职责

  • 项目考勤、排班、宿舍、车辆、后勤物资管理
  • 对外对接物业、总包、当地供应商、政府简易对接
  • 文件打印、归档、会议记录、办公用品采购与管理
  • 员工入住、证件资料、后勤生活事务管理
  • 协助财务对账、简单报表整理

任职要求

  • 熟悉工程项目部行政工作优先
  • 沟通顺畅、执行力强、抗压稳定
  • 熟练办公软件,中英文简单沟通
  • 做事主动、细致、稳定踏实

Responsible for daily administration, logistics, human resources, attendance, external liaison, and internal coordination of the project department to ensure the normal operation of the project team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of project attendance, scheduling, dormitories, vehicles, and logistical supplies
  • External liaison with property management, general contractors, local suppliers, and government departments
  • Document printing, filing, meeting minutes, office supplies procurement and management
  • Management of employee accommodation, documentation, and daily logistics
  • Assist the finance department with account reconciliation and simple report compilation

Requirements

  • Familiarity with administrative work in engineering project departments is preferred
  • Good communication, strong execution, and stability under pressure
  • Proficient in office software, basic communication in Chinese and English
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, stable and reliable
