Description
负责项目部日常行政、后勤、人事、考勤、对外对接、内务统筹,保障项目团队正常运转。
工作职责
- 项目考勤、排班、宿舍、车辆、后勤物资管理
- 对外对接物业、总包、当地供应商、政府简易对接
- 文件打印、归档、会议记录、办公用品采购与管理
- 员工入住、证件资料、后勤生活事务管理
- 协助财务对账、简单报表整理
任职要求
- 熟悉工程项目部行政工作优先
- 沟通顺畅、执行力强、抗压稳定
- 熟练办公软件,中英文简单沟通
- 做事主动、细致、稳定踏实
Responsible for daily administration, logistics, human resources, attendance, external liaison, and internal coordination of the project department to ensure the normal operation of the project team.
Job Responsibilities
- Management of project attendance, scheduling, dormitories, vehicles, and logistical supplies
- External liaison with property management, general contractors, local suppliers, and government departments
- Document printing, filing, meeting minutes, office supplies procurement and management
- Management of employee accommodation, documentation, and daily logistics
- Assist the finance department with account reconciliation and simple report compilation
Requirements
- Familiarity with administrative work in engineering project departments is preferred
- Good communication, strong execution, and stability under pressure
- Proficient in office software, basic communication in Chinese and English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, stable and reliable
