We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Logistics cum Warehouse Executive to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and distribution
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Implement and improve warehouse processes, SOPs, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Monitor and control logistics and transportation costs, proposing cost-saving initiatives
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination
• Oversee preparation and accuracy of shipping and logistics documentation (DO, invoices, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Investigate and resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, and discrepancies
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and logistics KPIs

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics planning
• Experience in process improvement / SOP implementation
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
