Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Valuation Executive located in Subang Jaya. The Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing valuation reports, carrying out market research, and assisting with customer inquiries. The role will also involve ensuring accuracy in valuations and adhering to industry standards and regulations while supporting client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis
• Proficiency in preparing detailed valuation reports and documentation
• Knowledge of property valuation techniques and standards
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
• Certification in valuation practices or relevant professional qualifications is a plus
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in Malaysia
