Job Description

ZH First Coffee Sdn Bhd is an FMCG export and distribution company specializing in dry, chilled, and frozen products for both local and overseas markets. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchaser to manage stock flow and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities:

Check and update stock levels in system and warehouse

Coordinate vessel and container bookings with shipping agents

Work closely with sales team to identify fast-moving products

Source, contact suppliers, and place purchase orders

Ensure timely stock replenishment for next-day operations

Coordinate with store/warehouse team for stock arrival

Liaise with sales manager on purchasing plans

Requirements:

No formal qualification required (SPM lepas pun boleh apply)

Basic communication skills (BM, English & Mandarin)

Basic Microsoft Excel & WhatsApp skills

Good negotiation skills (training provided)

Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

Able to work independently

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
