Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily documentation and computer-based tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proficient in office software, and able to maintain accurate digital records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input data into company spreadsheets, databases, and systems.
- Digital Filing: Organize, rename, and maintain electronic files and folders for easy retrieval.
- Record Keeping: Scan physical documents and convert them into organized digital formats.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in general administration, data entry, or a documentation-heavy role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Pay: From RM9.00 per hour
Experience
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
Language
- Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
