Production Executive

Description

Summary To supervise production operation to achieve target output by maintaining clean & safe workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

- Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.

- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.

- Maintaining communication between employees and the Management team to ensure procedure and policies are well-understood.

- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruption.

- Compliance with quality of products and to initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issue arises.

- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.

- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Job Requirements:

- Education level: Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (knowledge in ISO 13485 is an added advantage).

- Year of Experience: Preferable at least 2 years of experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Capability: Proficient in MS Office applications & Machine operation/ handling.

- Skill: Strong communication, time management skills, well-organized & possesses leadership abilities.

- Language: English &Bahasa Malaysia. (Proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage).
