Description
I. DAILY TASK
- Perform rounds, reading & checking of all the equipment & instrumentation wellbeing.
- Respond to tool/manufacturing equipment problems caused by facilities system.
- Liaise with Dyson Stakeholders for any utilities problem that are tie to new/existing system.
- Monthly PM – Electrical equipment, IR Scan, Ultra Sonic Scanning for leakages, Capacitors Banks & MCCB monitoring.
- Monthly inspection checklist – Emergency Light, Exit Signage, Capacitance Bank, Genset monthly twice inspection, IR scanning, all DB and relay inspection.
- Assist vendor / contractor on site performing preventative or corrective maintenance.
- Inspect installations to ensure it adhere to design and equipment specifications.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all total plant electrical system maintenance such as Make-Up Air Units, Fan Filter Units, Fan Coil Units, Gas Delivery Systems, Process Cooling Water System, Solvent Scrubber, Gen, Exhaust, Process Vacuum and UPS system schedule and preventive maintenance- and not limited to following duty and functions.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
