Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, with a focus on truck planning and driver communication. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with drivers to coordinate trip schedules, truck planning, and arrangements according to customer requirements.
  • Monitor daily truck movements and provide timely updates to the administrative team.
  • Key in and update the transport management system with daily truck movements and trip information.
  • Assist in ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly, addressing any issues that arise during transportation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with customer delivery expectations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to truck movements, driver activities, and trip statuses.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery notes and transportation documentation, is completed accurately.
  • Support any other logistics and transport-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1 year of working experience in logistics or transportation is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in coordinating with drivers and other team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with transport management systems or logistics software is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
