The Role

As the Product & Marketing Team Leader, you will be the "bridge" of the company. You will oversee the lifecycle of our AI-driven products while crafting the narrative that captures the attention of investors and users alike. This is a role for a "specialist fixer" who thrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot between technical roadmap planning and high-stakes pitching.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with AI capabilities and blockchain integration.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver product features from concept to launch.
• Translate complex AI and Blockchain functionalities into user-centric value propositions.

2. Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Stay ahead of trends in the Web3, Crypto, and AI landscapes to position the company as a market leader.
• Manage community engagement and public relations within the tech ecosystem.

3. Presentation & Pitching

• Act as the primary spokesperson for product demos, investor pitches, and industry conferences.
• Create compelling decks and visual assets that articulate the "Green Bubble" mission.
• Confidently handle Q&A sessions with high-net-worth stakeholders and institutional partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of Blockchain architecture, Cryptocurrency markets, and Generative AI frameworks.
• The "Fast Learner" DNA: Ability to rapidly digest new technical whitepapers or regulatory changes and apply them to business strategy.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional command of English (written and verbal); ability to present complex ideas with clarity and charisma.
• Growth Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the resilience to navigate the volatility of the startup/tech world.
• Experience: Proven track record in product management or marketing leadership, ideally within a Fintech or Tech-Consultancy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
