About Forwrd

Forwrd is a Senior-Led Digital Advertising team pod based in Malaysia.

We run accounts for DTC and SME founders to help them acquire more customers online.

We've stripped out the parts of agency life that don't work: middle managers, juniors learning on the client's account, hours-on-the-clock culture.

What's left is a small team of senior operators who own their work.

We judge what you ship, not when. No timesheets, no daily standups.

Base plus a published bonus structure tied to the work.

The trade is simple: we hire fewer people, pay them more, give them real ownership, and trust them to do the work.

WHAT YOU DO The job has three parts, in order of weight:

1. You make the work.

AI UGC ads, AI-generated video, AI-designed statics. Ad-ready output, shipped weekly. You turn a strategist's brief into a finished asset across formats, not just one.

2. You build the systems behind the work.

We're not hiring a button-clicker. We're hiring someone who designs the production line — the prompt libraries, the asset workflows, the automations linking the tools together (Claude + Higgsfield + Runway + Midjourney + your editing stack).

The goal: next month, you ship 3x the work in the same hours because you built the rails.

3. You stay on the frontier.

New models launch weekly. You test them, judge them, bring the good ones in, kill the noise. We trust your read.

What this role isn't:

1) Not pure prompt engineering.

You need real creative judgment, does the hook land? Does the ad work? Not pure editing.

AI gets you 70%, but the job lives upstream of the timeline.

2) Not a junior "AI explorer" seat.

We need shipped output, weekly.

3) Proactive and reactive

Half your week is reactive: briefs come in, you ship cuts.

The other half is proactive: building workflows, testing tools, proposing creative experiments we wouldn't have thought of.

If you only do one half, this isn't the role.

What we're looking for:

A portfolio of finished AI-native work. UGC ads, video, AI-generated creative, whatever you've shipped.

Working fluency in at least four of: Claude, Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Flux, Suno.

Some systems instinct, Make, n8n, Zapier, or evidence you've built a workflow that saved hours.

Real editing chops in CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.

A feel for what makes a paid ad work, hook, pacing, retention.

Bonus

Past work for DTC or SME brands.

The stack is on us. Claude, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Veo, Sora — whatever you need to do the work. You won't be rationing credits.

The arrangement. Hybrid, Full-time or contract — both open. We'll pick the structure that fits you and the work.
