About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced CS representative, for our Operations Department. We need a self-driven individual with effective communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities include and not limited to identifying potential customers, assisting the end-to-end customer experience journey, and closing the deal.

Your Day-to-Day

• Perform Outbound calls to potential customers available in CARSOME’s Internal database to persuade and convince them to make online booking payment for their preferred CARSOME cars.
• Delivers scripted sales talks to describe services or products to potential customers.
• Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.
• Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled.
• Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant results.
• Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using CARSOME tools provided.

Your Know-How

• Education Level – A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar sales role with a minimum 1-year experience.
• Able to work under a fast phase environment.
• Have a positive mindset, sales-oriented person.
• Candidate with high integrity in values, prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory
• Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
