Description
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor records and manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying)
Pantry & Refreshment Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) for guests and meetings
- Set up meeting rooms with refreshments when required
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry, cups, and utensils
- Monitor and restock pantry supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, etc.)
Travel & Coordination Support
- Assist CEO and staff with travel arrangements (flight, hotel, transport bookings)
- Coordinate itineraries and ensure all booking details are accurate
- Liaise with travel agencies or booking platforms
- Support scheduling of appointments and meetings when needed
General Support
- Assist with day-to-day office coordination tasks
- *Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic administrative and organizational abilities
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Presentable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- *Position: Contract 1 years
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
