Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist in the day-to-day AR/AP function activities.
- Prepare and generate sales invoices, delivery orders and debit/credit notes, submit invoices to customers (through email, post, web portal).
- Generating debtor’s account statements and follow-up with debtors on overdue account.
- Perform bank statement reconciliation.
- Perform data entries and record business transactions into accounting system.
- Assist with month-end closing, stock count and financial reports.
- Assist with statutory audits.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Undergraduate in Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
- Willing to learn and excellent team work skills
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,400.00 per month
