Setting up halal SOP and halal manual and review from time to time to ensure information up to date.
Responsible for company’s application and renewal of halal application
To lead in halal internal and external audit.
To monitor and ensure that all halal files and documents are in order and well organized.
To ensure all products obtained halal certificate and within the validity period.
Liase with regulatory and certification bodies for all accreditations and compliance matters.
Maintain knowledge and awareness of applicable food regulations, guidelines and standards for both domestic and export markets.
Responsible in food safety related activities such as food safety manuals, policies, SOPs, work instructions, calibration, lab analysis, traceability systems, pest control, chemical control, verification & validation

Diploma or degree in food science/food technology/food biotechnology or equivalent.
Atleast 2 years working experiences in F&B / food manufacturing industry.
Possess Halal Executive certificate issued by recognized Halal Training Provider by HPB (Halal Professional Board) and JAKIM.
Malaysian Muslim
Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Able to work independently and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
