About the Role:
Join the prestigious team at Henry Butcher Malaysia (Penang). We are seeking a proactive and capable Valuer Executive to manage valuation assignments across a diverse portfolio of assets. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a leading property consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional valuations for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and gather essential market data.
- Prepare and review accurate valuation and advisory reports in a timely manner.
- Liaise professionally with clients, financial institutions, auditors and government authorities.
- Ensure all assignments strictly comply with BOVAEP standards.
- Analyze current market trends to support advisory assignments.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Property Management or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in valuation or asset consultancy.
- Skills: Strong analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for client management.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and specialized valuation tools.
