Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of SST & QNE accounting system by updating records in system
- Prepared PO, quotations, progressive claim, stock take and monthly staff claims
- Follow up on customer payments and update payment status
- Maintain proper filing of documents
- Performing ad-hoc accounting & administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field
- At least 1 year experience in admin/ accounts work
- Able to communicate in Malay, English / Chinese
- Able to work independently and work efficiently
- Possess own transport
- Able to start work immediately
