Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming containers and monitor shipment schedules with freight forwarders and haulier on arrival time to send and tuck out container.
- Coordinate with accounts department in relate to the oversea container and key in into container listing
- Oversee logistics operations, including unloading, checking, and proper storage of incoming goods.
- Ensure all data entries related to inbound logistics are accurately updated in SAP on time
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and smooth material flow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including receiving reports, shipment logs etc
- Assist in admin tasks such as filing, requisition form, overtime sheet
- Take accurate and clear minutes of meetings, follow up on action items.
- Support inventory checks , stock count processes and assist in process improvement related to warehouse efficiency.
- Assist in solving minor problem on SAP such as scanner problem , picking list etc
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficient in SAP system, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation is an added advantage.
