Description

Job Scope

  • Manage Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Safely drive the Director to meetings, events, and other destinations as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
  • Oversee household maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive matters professionally
  • Responding positively to “call-in” work and working additional hours when needed
  • Record and edit Director's Tiktok video for branding purpose

Requirements

    • Male

    • Based in Marang

    • Minimum Diploma qualification

    • Punctual and responsible

    • Love travelling

    • Possess a valid driving license and good driving skills

    • Strong communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Able to shoot and edit videos
    • Prior experience as a PA is a plus but not required — attitude matters more
    • Fresh graduates with ‘thrive’ mentality are encouraged to apply
