About the role

Join the team at Pizza Medira' as a Barista in our vibrant café located in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. This full-time role is responsible for crafting delicious coffee and tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our bustling establishment.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to customers
2. Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment with care
3. Ensure a clean and organised work station at all times
4. Provide friendly and attentive customer service to all patrons
5. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
6. Support the overall food and beverage operations as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
2. Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
3. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a love of great coffee
