About Us
This role exists to ensure every new merchant is properly guided, coordinated, and activated from onboarding start to go-live, including all required third-party integrations.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Act as the first point of contact for new merchants entering onboarding
- Send welcome message within SLA (≤1 day) and guide merchants through onboarding journey
- Merchant Coordination & Data Collection
- Third-Party Application & Integration Ownership
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Timeline & Pipeline Management
- Merchant Communication
- Quality Control & Documentation
- Go-Live & Closure
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in (Onboarding / operations / coordination / customer-facing role)
- Experience with- Payment gateway or delivery platform coordination (preferred)
- F&B / retail merchants (preferred)
- Experience handling multi-party coordination is a strong advantage
- Onboarding pipeline and task coordination (CRM tools)
- Third-party application handling (payment, delivery, integrations)
- Basic understanding of POS onboarding flow and dependencies
- Strong ownership and follow-through (drives completion across multiple stakeholders)
- Clear, structured, and proactive communication
- Strong prioritisation and timeline management
