About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Transport Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize our daily logistics operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of high-volume deliveries for key accounts and Modern Trade.

You will take ownership of our Transport Management System (TMS) and GPS tracking platforms, ensuring efficient planning, real-time monitoring, and seamless coordination between warehouse teams, drivers, and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Logistics Planning & TMS Management

• Plan and execute daily deliveries using the Transport Management System (TMS)
• Optimize routes, schedules, and vehicle assignments for maximum efficiency
• Maintain accurate system data to support smooth operations
• Analyze performance metrics such as delivery timeliness, fleet utilization, and transport costs

1. Fleet & Driver Coordination

• Assign drivers and vehicles based on daily operational needs
• Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and SOP compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, including driver hours and vehicle compliance

1. Real-Time Monitoring & Issue Resolution

• Track deliveries using GPS systems and provide live operational updates
• Proactively manage delays, route deviations, and breakdowns
• Act quickly to resolve issues and minimize service disruptions

1. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage daily delivery bookings for key customers
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, customer service, and finance teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related queries and urgent requests

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with TMS and GPS tracking systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive problem-solver with a fast decision-making mindset

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
