Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To consistently practice GMP and personnel hygiene in production area.
- To learn/operate the packing, processing and filling line machine.
- To perform daily/weekly maintenance job together with maintenance team.
- To troubleshoot machine.
- Get ready with the packaging or raw material every time before the production date.
- To perform daily/weekly care after every production.
- To fill in check sheets.
- To efficiently manage human and materials resources to maximum capacity utilization and minimal downtime.
- To educate and coach new staff to intensively trained for consistent high in DE production efficiency.
THE PERSON
- Good reading and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve production and product quality problems with minimal supervision.
- A dynamic team leader with competency to lead, train, motivate and monitor production staff to practice standard operation methods to production QMS requirements.
- Must be able to work on shift or abnormal working hours on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
