Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media and Community Manager for a hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves creating and managing engaging social media content, driving community engagement strategies, and developing campaigns to build brand presence. You will monitor online conversations, respond to community inquiries, analyze metrics to optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to align messaging and efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management tools, content creation, and platform strategies
• Experience in Community Engagement, Customer Relationship Management, and online communication
• Understanding of Content Marketing, Influencer Collaboration, and Campaign Development
• Analytics-driven approach with skills in Data Analysis and Performance Tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
• Experience with graphic design tools or multimedia creation is a plus
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and social media best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
