Description

China Supplier Management: Communicate directly with suppliers in China via WeChat/Email to verify purchase orders, reconcile statements of account (SOA), and handle payment inquiries.
E-Invoicing Compliance: Manage the LHDN MyInvois process, ensuring all domestic and cross-border transactions are validated. You must identify and issue individual e-invoices for any transaction over RM10,000.
SST & Tax Support: Prepare and organize documentation for bi-monthly SST-02 filings. Handle self-accounting for imported taxable services and low-value goods (LVG) from China where applicable.
Payroll & Statutory Contributions: Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate, timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, and EIS via respective portals (KWSP i-Akaun, PERKESO Assist) by the 15th of every month.
Consultant Support: Act as the primary internal contact for the External Account Consultant, ensuring all ledger entries (AP/AR) are "audit-ready".

Requirements:

Experience: At least 3 years in a similar accounts/admin role with exposure to Malaysian tax laws.
Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement. Additional language to communicate with China Suppliers.
Technical Skills: Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, UBS) and familiarity with the LHDN MyInvois portal.
Knowledge: Understanding of current 2026 contribution rates (e.g., employer EPF at 13% for wages ≤RM5,000) and the new SOCSO wage ceiling of RM6,000
