Fully involved in property development and resort management with projects in KL, Kuantan, and Port Dickson. In line with our rapid business expansion plan, we are seeking highly motivated and high-caliber individuals to join our team to fill the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry for invoices, payments, and accounting transactions.
• Support accounts payable (AP) and receivable functions (AR), including invoice matching and basic verification.
• Organize, file, and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment records, and simple schedules.
• Support bank reconciliation and tracking of transactions.
• Perform document control, including scanning, photocopying, and filing in proper manner.
• Assist in updating spreadsheets and internal records accurately.
• Support the finance teams during month-end closing activities.
• Handle general administrative duties related to finance operations.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Internship position for duration of at least 3 months
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
