About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and documentation support to our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, meticulous, and comfortable handling data entry and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and ensure information is accurately recorded in company systems.

• Assist in organising, filing, and maintaining physical and electronic documents.

• Support document preparation, verification, and record management activities.

• Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and administrative trackers.

• Assist with scanning, photocopying, and document compilation.

• Support general administrative duties as assigned by the department.

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records and documentation.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Organised, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior administrative or data entry experience will be an added advantage.
