We are looking for a visionary Creative Video Producer to take absolute ownership of our visual storytelling.

The Mission

Your lens will define our brand. We are seeking a highly skilled videographer and editor who can seamlessly transition between two worlds: producing fast, trend-driven social media content and directing highly polished, cinematic short films. You will be the visual architect for our entire ecosystem, capturing the emotional delivery of our premium products and the aesthetic standard of our events.

Core Responsibilities

• Cinematic Production (The Long Game): Direct, shoot, and edit high-end company profiles, brand documentaries, and narrative-driven short movies that elevate our brand prestige.

• Social Media Engine (Daily Growth): Produce dynamic, engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, XHS) designed to drive traffic, capture attention, and maximize our daily sales.

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire video production pipeline—from storyboarding, lighting, and audio recording to color grading and final cut.

• Ecosystem Immersion: Work closely with the founders and marketing team to capture the essence of our premium gifting, luxury weddings, and floral academy workshops.

• Visual Standards: Ensure every frame aligns with our minimalist, high-touch luxury aesthetic. Zero compromise on quality.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional videography and video editing experience (commercial, luxury retail, or creative agency background is highly preferred).

• Technical Mastery: Proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and competent in audio mixing and color grading.

• Platform Fluency: A deep understanding of what makes a video perform on TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

• Language: Bilingual proficiency (Chinese and English) is highly advantageous to align with our primary audience.
