Description

We’re Hiring: Swimming Academy Administrator! Full Time or Part Time

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sports and administration? Join our dynamic team at VGO AQUATIC CENTRE as a Swimming Academy Administrator!

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the academy
  • Handle inquiries, registrations, and scheduling
  • Maintain records and coordinate with coaches & parents
  • Oversee billing, payments, and academy logistics
  • Ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all weekly and daily report are up to dates and accurate

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Minimum Secondary School (SPM) graduate or above
  • Strong organizational, team-work spirit and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Other language is a plus!
  • Experience in administration or a similar role (sports/education preferred)
  • Able to work on weekend
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Passion for swimming or sports administration is a plus!

Working Day:

Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday Off)

Location: [Kepong, Kuala Lumpur]

Salary: [RM2500-RM3200 subject to candidates experienced]
