We are currently looking for university students seeking internship placements for the 2026 intake. We welcome students from the following academic backgrounds - Engineering, Finance, Quality, Industrial Engineering, SCM (Procurement, Planner, Logistic, Warehouse), EHS, HR and Admin.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engineering

• Assist in design, development and testing of engineering projects under the guidance of Engineer/Sr. Engineer

• Participate in the creation of technical documentation, including specifications, reports and project plans.

• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues as they rise.

1. Finance

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

• Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and support various financial initiatives.

1. Quality

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.

• Support team in conducting inspections, tests and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Help to maintain and update Quality documentations including inspection records, test reports and quality manuals.

1. Industrial Engineering

• Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance productivity.

• Participate in the design and layout of production facilities including equipment placement and workflow optimization.

• Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen and value stream mapping.

1. SCM (Procurement, Logistic, Planner, Warehouse)

• Assist in the planning and coordination of supply chain activities, including procurement, logistic, production planner & warehouse management.

• Support the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist Executive in collaborate with suppliers, logistic providers and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

1. Environment, Health & Safety

• Assist in conducting safety audits, risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Help in maintaining accurate records of safety incidents, training and compliance activities.

• Support the development and implementation of environmental initiatives aimed at reducing the organization's environmental footprint.

1. HR

• Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with data entry, validation, and maintaining HRIS or Excel-based databases
• Provide administrative support to the HR team for audits and internal reviews

1. Admin

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Maintain and update internal databases and records
• Help manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
