🚀 We’re Hiring: SAP Application Leads (Multiple Positions Available)

As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for experienced SAP professionals to lead strategic enterprise application initiatives across the Group.

These roles will play a critical part in driving the implementation, optimisation, governance, and support of our

SAP S/4HANA transformation programme

while ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and long-term scalability.

📌 Available Positions

• Lead, SAP HR
• Lead, SAP Logistics
• Lead, SAP Finance

🌟 Lead, SAP HR

Lead the Group’s HR technology transformation initiatives, focusing on SAP S/4HANA HR/HCM and SuccessFactors implementation, governance, and support.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead end-to-end SAP HR/HCM or SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Support HR digitalisation initiatives including payroll, talent, and workforce management
• Drive Fit/Gap analysis, data migration, testing, and user adoption
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements
• Partner closely with Group HR and business stakeholders to enhance HR systems and processes

Preferred Expertise

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• SAP HCM / HRIS implementation and support
• HR process transformation and integrations

🌟 Lead, SAP Logistics

Lead and manage SAP applications supporting logistics and supply chain operations across the Group.

Key Focus Areas

• Oversee SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules including:
• SD, MM, PP, LE, WM/EWM, PM, QM, TD
• Drive optimisation, integration, and process automation initiatives
• Support large-scale logistics and supply chain transformation projects
• Collaborate closely with operations and supply chain stakeholders

Preferred Expertise

• SAP Logistics modules (SD/MM/PP/WM/EWM)
• Supply chain and warehouse management systems
• End-to-end logistics process optimisation

🌟 Lead, SAP Finance

Lead the strategy, implementation, and governance of SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) applications.

Key Focus Areas

• Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives
• Manage SAP FI/CO applications including:
• GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, Treasury
• Lead finance data migration, governance, and integration initiatives
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting

Preferred Expertise

• SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance
• Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, New Asset Accounting
• Financial systems governance and process optimisation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines such as IT, Computer Science, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Minimum10 years of experiencein enterprise SAP applications and implementations
• Strong hands-on functional expertise in relevant SAP modules
• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is highly preferred
