Operations Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

The Operations Executive supports the day-to-day management of the food atrium to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. This role involves close coordination with tenants, cleaners, contractors, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence, hygiene standards, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Oversee daily operational activities of the food atrium and ensure smooth operational flow.

· Assist the Branch / Outlet Manager in managing operational projects and initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, and relevant government regulations.

· Supervise tenants’ and cleaners’ operational effectiveness and service standards.

· Coordinate and follow up with tenants and cleaners on operational matters, promotions, and campaigns.

· Conduct routine hygiene inspections and inventory checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.

· Maintain outlet cleanliness, aesthetics, food stall presentation, and staff grooming standards.

· Act as the point of contact for external contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

· Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

· Prepare and submit daily and monthly operational reports.

· Perform floor checks and cash verification (cash counting).

· Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of store operations, customer service, and F&B SOPs.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
