We are looking for fresh graduates keen on developing a wide range of administration skills and business development and looking to develop their expertise in the organization.
In this role, you will answer incoming calls and manage sales inquiries, creating Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, Quotations and Invoices. Your duties will include carrying out administrative functions by the company ISO-Standard Operating Procedure.
Job Description:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
- Administrative duties include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning organisational projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
- Distribute and store correspondence
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
- Preparing the Delivery Order & Invoices using UBS system
Who are we looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U and above
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- No work experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerk / Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Saturday
