Performance Creative Designer

Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality digital creatives, including static visuals, motion graphics, and short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content production, including image generation and video editing
• Optimize creative performance based on key metrics such as engagement, click-through rate, and conversions
• Having constructive input on internal creative marketing collaterals and artwork.
• To establish good collaborative relationships with digital marketing specialists, website developers, and social media managers for projects assigned.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media content formats, and emerging AI tools

Job Qualifications:

• Mininum 1-2 years experience in graphic design and video editing (digital marketing / performance marketing experience preferred)
• Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in igaming industry
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and similar design software.
• Familiar with AI-assisted tools (e.g. image generation, video automation, and etc)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, motion, and attention-grabbing content
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Required Languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
